Scenario Based Assignment with Questions: 1. Motorised Minnows Pty Ltd was already in a position when it was only selectively paying creditors and Raymond and Paul think the new deal with Dream Builders Pty Ltd would put the company into liquidation. They want to know if Motorised Minnows Pty Ltd is bound to the contract or if they can avoid it. 2. Mark has never formally left the company. Raymond and Paul want to remove him but agree to try and protect him from any personal action. 3. Raymond’s brother Eddie is extremely angry about Mark’s actions and he had never liked Mark. He is threatening to report Mark’s conduct to ASIC and as a shareholder he is threatening to sue Mark regardless of the attitude of Raymond and Paul.
