As part of SCIF1111, students need to perform in a debate regarding a medical issue. As you can see, the topic I am discussing about is euthanasia. My speech aims to argue that euthanasia is medically unethical. This was done so through the use of statistics, quotes as well as rhetoric language as required by the criteria which would help to appeal to the emotions of the audience and thus convince them of my argument. I have structured it such that the points I make follows a logical order and can be understood easily by the audience as required by the criteria. Overall, my peers marked me well, as it was one of the strongest out of all the debate speakers' speeches.
