Hey there, these are my notes which I personally took into the exam. They took me hours to complete and they are highly succinct and they are also analysed case by case! The thing with my set of notes is that you can easily apply it to the problem question at hand, whereby the elements are sorted out 1 followed another, and the case laws and statutes applicable to support your points directly follows. Hope it helps hahaha :D
