This task will require students to provide a reflection and analysis of the negotiation exercise undertaken on Day 9 and 10 – the Final Negotiation. The reflective assignment should be no more than 1,250 words (+/- 10%). You are asked to provide an essay which responds to a number of questions (see below) based on your experience in the negotiation exercise. In writing your answer, you are asked to explicitly relate the experience to the key ideas and concepts covered in seminars and readings.
