Got 33/40. There's some formatting and referencing issues (didn't pinpoint - don't get into this habit), I also missed some salient issues. Clearly enough, they mark rather easily for first year units. 40/40 is highly achievable. This is an overall annoying piece, like the entirety of torts. It's decpetively detail driven; broad declarations will not be tolerated for this piece. Be direct, determinative and particular to the facts and law if you want a good mark. Don't neglect the interview and questions component either, it's an easy 5 marks. You'll be required to do more of these types of assessment pieces as you progress, particualrly with the interview and questioning aspect, so it's best to practice these sorts of problems.
