Developing professionalism, through advancing intrapersonal effectiveness, is key to ensuring a successful professional career. Ultimately, Australian Business leaders, want professionals to develop their own individual attributes and traits in order to become successful in the work place. In this Portfolio, my own intrapersonal strengths and weakness will be evaluated and analysed in relation to my own professional success and my aspirations to become a successful barrister and a lucrative leader of the legal community in Australia. By using the NEO IPIP, personality test, I will measure and analyse my personality traits whilst relating these back to my own professional experiences. Finally, I will discuss in depth, how I intend to develop any negative aptitudes by using ‘SMART’ criteria. This portfolio will critically analyse my traits to ensure a successful professional career.
