I did this subject in Tri 2 2016 and got a HD for it. There is plenty of detail to not miss a point but concise enough for an exam. They are detailed enough that you won't need to refer to the legislation or other material, which is great as this is all you should need. I did this subject in the JD but the topics are the same as the undergrad course.
