The complete exam notes I used for my open-book Administrative Law exam. These notes are suitable for exams involving complex hypothetical problems, and go into as much detail as would be required in exams of that type. For essay exams, further case law may be required. Notes are separated into Commonwealth law and Queensland law, with a grounds of review triggers table and brief answering checklist included at the end. I recommend separating the two jurisdictions into separate booklets, and using according to what jurisdiction the problem calls for (for example, my exam problem dealt with a Queensland act, so I only used the Queensland law booklet). Good luck with Administrative Law!
