Students are required to obtain the annual report of the selected banking institution for the latest THREE (3) years and analyse the annual reports based on the following criteria: 1. Performance of the selected banking institution using various key profitability ratios and undertake a comparison between financial years. At least FOUR (4) profitability ratios must be discussed by each group. 2. Sources of revenue or income of the selected banking institution. 3. Conduct assets and liabilities sensitivity analysis (i.e., Dollar IS-GAP, Relative IS-GAP and IS-Ratio). 4. Identify and evaluate the various financial risks exposed by the selected banking institutions, and suggest the possible alternatives to manage those risks.
